Stefanie considers building relationships to be the most critical aspect of her work. She enjoys connecting with people on a personal level and understanding their unique situations so she can best guide them to their real estate needs and goals. Stefanie puts her clients’ needs before her own, so it’s no surprise that they consider her to be a caring and professional individual.

After earning a marketing degree from Illinois State University, Stefanie realized she needed to nourish her entrepreneurial spirit by pursuing a career in real estate and opening her own company. She immediately fell in love with the industry, as real estate allowed her to make a direct impact on her clients’ lives.

Building her real estate career has not only allowed her to grow as a businesswoman but also as a leader. Since transitioning into her dream career, Stefanie has been recognized as a top producer by the Chicago Association of REALTORS® from 2017 to 2019. She also landed the cover of Top Agent Magazine and even appeared on The Steve Harvey Show, where she discussed renovation and design.

Passionate, empathetic, and trustworthy, Stefanie sincerely believes that agents should strive to make a meaningful impact on every person they meet. Stefanie knows that by honing in on her clients’ milestones, she will ultimately be able to give them a better experience.

When it comes to selling homes, Stefanie has developed a foolproof approach that helps potential buyers form an emotional connection to the property. Stefanie’s three-step process is proven to sell homes quickly at the best price—not to mention make any house look straight out of HGTV.

When she’s not working, you can find Stefanie spending quality time with her husband Vince and their children Domenic, Guiliana, and Joey. They pride themselves on being an extremely close Italian family living out the American dream. Stefanie credits her parents—who both immigrated to America for a better life for themselves and future generations—with instilling her with her core values.

Some of Stefanie’s other favorite pastimes include cooking, trying new restaurants, traveling, jogging, and doing yoga.
