Gina Crawmer

Born and raised in Schaumburg, Illinois, Gina Crawmer appreciates the city’s close proximity to the Chicago area, where she does the majority of her business. Well-versed in the industry as a whole, she specializes in assisting a wide array of clients, including first-time homebuyers, growing families, relocations, and retirees downsizing.

Devoted, friendly, and honest, Gina has established herself as a mainstay in the real estate industry over the last several years. Real estate is in her blood, with her father being an agent for more than three decades. After receiving her master's degree in education leadership, she went on to teach junior high and high school for 15 years before starting her real estate career in 2017.

Giving back to the community is of great importance to Gina, and she has taught real estate classes to help her colleagues grow their business and negotiate deals in a competitive market.

She considers meeting people from all walks of life to be one of the best parts of her job and values keeping in touch with them through various appreciation events. Helping people transition to the next chapter in their life—no matter the occasion—is something she finds hugely fulfilling. Setting her apart from her competitors is Gina's go-getter attitude. A firm believer in educating her clients to make the best decision, Gina helps them to understand the nuances of real estate investment. Her candid approach assists them in securing excellent deals in a competitive area.

Aside from her hard work as an individual, she is incredibly proud of her LIV Partners team. She prides herself on teaming up with fellow professionals who have the same values and vision, genuinely loving and respecting one another. Since getting involved in the business, Gina has become a top producing agent and won a KW Platinum Award. In addition, she and the LIV Partners were recognized as a top producing team by the Chicago Association of REALTORS® in both 2018 and 2019. In her free time, Gina loves catching up on all things Disney. She also loves boat trips, especially in the warm summer weather, and spends much of her downtime with friends and family, including her three amazing children. Even when she's not working, Gina stays busy with her philanthropy. The Brooke E. Crawmer Foundation is of personal importance to her since it was founded in honor of her sister-in-law and aids teachers with cancer.
